Wholesale Return Policy

If you received the wrong product or a defective product, please notify us within 10 days of receipt of the product.

We will either replace the wrong or defective product or refund your money.

1. Email sales@mixedbagdesigns.com this information:
Your Name, Company Name, Address, Phone number, Email address, Invoice #, and a description of the problem.

2. If you need to return product to us, we will email you a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping FedEx Ground label and authorization code to put on your package.

We cannot accept returns without an authorization code. If we receive your package without an authorization code, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

3. Pack products in a box or shipping envelope (ours or any other) and ensure the old shipping labels are removed or obscured. Drop your package off at a FedEx Office (formerly FedEx Kinko's) or call FedEx Ground for a pickup, free of charge.

4. It is important that you keep the tracking information. If the package is lost, it becomes your responsibility to follow through with FedEx.

5. We will email you once your exchange is processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your exchange for it to be processed.

Price Adjustment Policy - If an item is further reduced in price within 7 days of payment date, we’ll refund the difference in price:
1. Email sales@mixedbagdesigns.com the following information:
Your Name, Address, Phone number, Email address, Original Sales Order #, and Item for price adjustment.
